The information detailed on the following pages tells you how you may use the George’s Hairdressing vouchers and other services available to you.

Please note: George’s Hairdressing may update these terms from time to time so please review the pages regularly.


Selected stylists only.

All 6 Blow-dries must be received within a 12 week period in order to receive the 6th free.

Late nights and Saturday appointments are included in the offer.

Not valid with any other offers or discounts.

George’s Hairdressing reserves the right to amend their terms and conditions at any time.



A 25% deposit will be required on certain technical services and extension appointments.

George’s Hairdressing are happy to correct any unsuitable work, provided this complaint is presented to us within 5 working days. George’s policy is to ensure that any faulty work is corrected at one of our 3 salons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you leave the salon and realise you have colour on any of your items of clothes, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

As a courtesy to other customers a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Missed appointments may be charged at 25% of services booked.

We record all our telephone conversations for training purposes.

*           The regular client recommending must use their 30% off within 12 weeks from their friends visit.

*           The next appointment must be booked, before leaving the salon

*           The offer is still valid if the appointment is rescheduled, however it must be with the same stylist

*           A rescheduled appointment will have a further life of 2 weeks

Your Right To Complain

Here at GEORGE’S HAIRDRESSING we aim to get your visit correct on the first visit and leave a lasting impression. However, every so often someone comes away GEORGE’S HAIRDRESSING feeling unhappy. Perhaps you had to wait for ages, only to find out that there is very little we can do for you. Perhaps you felt that you were not treated with respect or courtesy. Perhaps there were errors with your services.

Unfortunately, these things happen. We know we are not perfect. But we aim to be. That is why we have a complaints procedure. Sometimes we can put things right; sometimes we can only explain ourselves and apologise. But we do want to learn from our mistakes. What you tell us helps to improve our service to you. We will treat your complaint confidentially, seriously and quickly.

What Can I Do?

It is important to let our APPOINTMENT LINE know that you are unhappy and to give them the chance to put things right.

Making A Formal Complaint.

Our policy here at GEORGE’S HAIRDRESSING is to rectify any issues with services within 5 DAYS of the original appointment. However where we are unable to do this we will advise accordingly. All Retail & Electrical items are non-refundable.
