Becky - Company Secretary
Becky’s unique talents were immediately spotted, and she has single handedly helped create the salon’s business. Becky's expertise has helped to form the foundations of the business; her experience and dedication are integral to it’s smooth running. with a famously dedicated passion to customer service, her diverse and challenging role encompasses Accounting, Management and Health and Safety. Her loyalty is legendary and has played an enormous role in George’s hairdressing success.
Vicki - Appointment Line Manager
A trained stylist with George’s hairdressing, going through the full apprenticeship. Vicki’s passion is more office led, although she loves Reception andmeeting and greeting clients. When we opened the Appointment Line, Vicki our first choice, of ' Go To Girl', to lead this dynamic team! With her experience in hair, Vicki is also able to offer expert advice over the phone. All our Appointment Line representatives are qualified Kerastase Ambassadors, so hair care questions can also be answered. It’s important for the George’s Hairdressing team to keep on learning. Vicki is also a Team Leader in Level 3, HR level 3 and a Fully Certified Mentor.
Sadie
With 10 years of Appointment Line experience, Little Miss. Sadie is THE EXPERT! Trained in team leading and retail, her happy positive vibes make booking an appointment easy.SALON MANAGERS
All our Salon Managers are responsible for not only the Salon Team in terms of performance and recruitment, but also ensuring our standards are met throughout the client experience.
Ilona - Allandale Road Reception
Ilona is a vital part of the George’s Hairdressing team. Ilona encourages her team to go out of their way to make ‘WOW’ moments; to accommodate every client’s need. With her outstanding length of service, ilona prides herself on meeting our team and client’s expectations.
Alan - Oadby The Parade
Alan’s love of the industry has led him to be an integral part of the George’s Hairdressing team; not only as a stylist, but also as a manager. His unique style and love of people has given Alan a full understanding of the workings of a Premium Salon. His creativity, paired with his organisational skills, make him a reliable strength within the Oadby Team.ASSISTANT MANAGERS – RECEPTIONISTS
The Reception Team will be the first person that clients see. They all have been trained to a high level of Customer Service along with retail skills, The Kerastase Ambassador programme
Olivia - Oadby The Parade
Olivia believes the Reception is the client’s first point of contact at the salon and aims to make the booking process as smooth and relaxed as possible. Olivia’s warm and sincere approach to Customer Service, makes her a client’s firm favourite! Olivia is also part of our Management Team.
KIKI - GRANBY ST. RECEPTIONIST
Kiki is relatively new to the world of hair but has gained a wealth of experience really quickly. She loves the social aspect of meeting and greeting clients, being part of a team and (as a bit of a blow dry addict herself) seeing client transformations as they come and go. Kiki is an absolute dream to be around and has a lovely aura, of smiles and happiness.
HAYLEY - RECEPTIONIST OADBY
Hayley has worked within the hairdressing industry since March 1999 and on the Front of House of different salons since April 2004. Before her pregnancy she was Assistant Manager at the Oadby branch and helped build the Oadby Team to what it is today.WIG CONSULTANT
Jane
With a career spanning over 30 years, this gifted Consultant is charming, charismatic and creative. Jane always strives to complement her client’s face shape and skin colour, and consistently delivers the optimum client experience. Jane is highly skilled in helping people overcome their hair loss problems and is also skilled in designing, fitting and styling wigs. TRAINING
George’s Hairdressing prides itself on its training, There are no alternatives when choosing your apprenticeship. All our educators are Assessors or working towards being Assessors. Our trainers are motivated to meet specific goals and have the capability to improve productivity and performance.
Training Director Lois - Allandale Road Creative Director
Lois completed her training with George’s Hairdressing In-House Programme, with unprecedented speed! It wasn't long before she dedicated her own ways to the company ethos and took full charge of the Apprentices Education Programme; mentoring and nurturing our young talent, ensuring the company’s high level of expertise continues. Lois also enjoys a vast clientele, her clients have a recognisable signature look and trademark; her busy column reflects her talent and unique skill. Lois is heavily involved in all aspects of the business and has numerous accolades and training diplomas to support that. She is also a keen colourist, has educated for L’Oreal Professionnel and is a Colour Specialist. She is a natural at freehand techniques, along with creating a personal shade chart for all her individual clients.
