Eastern Promise … as George’s Chris Appleton is announced as regional finalist
in hairdressing’s most prestigious awards

After an intense judging process, the finalists of HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards 2010have been announced and George’s Hairdressing of Leicester are now preparing for a nail biting final as Artistic Director, Chris Appleton vies for the title of Eastern Hairdresser of the Year.

Each of the entries in the nine regional categories were judged by a panel of industry greats including Hall of Fame members and past winners of British Hairdresser of the Year.

“It’s fantastic to be in the finals of the industry’s most prestigious awards”, said Chris, “I can’t wait for the final round of the competition, it’s an amazing opportunity for the contenders to push their creative skills to another level”.

The winner of Eastern Hairdresser of the Year will be announced at the British Hairdressing Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London in November.
